Nope! Once you sign up you can start earning money instantly! We do have certain premium offers which require account verification in order to use them, but the majority of the offers you can start doing instantly.

How do I check my Earnings

Simply login with your email and password in the top right corner of the homepage. You will be redirected to your dashboard where you can check your live stats .

How much money can I make

Your average earnings greatly depends on a number of factors such as your Country, Device you are using and how long you have been using the site for. For example, for first time use for someone from United States using a combination of Desktop and Mobile devices, on their first day they could earn up to $50. Everyday after that they can earn $10-20 depending on how much time they spend on the site. The first time is always the highest because most of the high paying offers are available. Some offers only allow you to complete them once so then they do not become available anymore.

These earnings do not include any referral earnings! Your earnings potential by using the 2 referral systems are limitless!

How often do I get paid

We pay every Thursday. Payments are finalized 11:59:59 PM Tuesday New York time for everything you have accumulated before that. This means that anything you earned on Wednesday will NOT be included in that week's invoice. If you were just under, this means your payment will roll into next week's invoice instead.

What payment methods do you use

Depending on which country you are from, we offer Payeer, Bitcoin, Skrill, Neteller, AirTM, TangoCard and Bank Transfer. The minimum payout is $10 USD. This means, you must earn at least $10 USD before the cut off period on Tuesday 11:59:59 PM New York time for you to be paid, otherwise your earnings will roll over into the next week's pay run.

Why did my account get disabled

Please make sure you read the terms of service fully first before you start posting. Your account could be banned if you engage in any of the following activity:

- Sending bot/fake traffic
- Sending traffic from traffic exchange websites like hitleap
- Using automated software to complete offers without actually completing them.
- Using deceptive means to try increase your earnings via breaking the rules
- Buying and selling other user's TimeBucks accounts

Please read the Terms of Service which you can find in the footer of TimeBucks. If you violate any of these terms, your account will be banned permanently and you will not receive your unpaid earnings.

My account was disabled for no reason what so ever, and I am sure I did not violate any of the terms of service, can I appeal

If you truly believe your account was banned and you did not break any of the rules, you can contact Customer Support and plead your case. Please keep in mind, that we track absolutely everything, we know exactly where your traffic comes from so if you are lying we will see it straight away, so please do not waste our time by trying to plead your case if you know you are wrong. No second chances.

Why didn't I get paid this week

Our minimum payout is $10 USD, and these payments are finalized at Tuesday 11:59:59 PM New York time. This does NOT include any earnings from Wednesday!

How do I earn more money

You should focus on the easiest offers first, not the highest paying. Just because it's the highest paying doesn't mean its the best value for your time. For example doing 6 offers that pay $2 each and take you 10 minutes each is better than doing 1 offer that pays $8 and takes you 1 hour to do. You earned more per hour by performing lots of little tasks rather than 1 big task. We recommend always checking for App Install offers on mobile first because they are the easiest to do and have a good value for time.

Q:
Do I have to pay Tax on my TimeBucks earnings

It depends on what country you are in, you should always check the tax laws or call up your tax department and ask. But generally you would have to pay tax on your earnings as this is considered a general income, just like if you earn income from any other job. These are not gifts you are receiving!

How do I change the email address on my account

You can change your account email address by going to Settings and clicking on Change Email.

Do you have a referral program

Yes we do, we pay 15% commission on users earnings. Hover over the Earnings tab and click on Referral Earnings. From here you will get your referral link and can track all referral earnings from here. You can see the exact commissions we give for each level in the Earn > Refer page. Commission is only earned on that users task earnings and does not include their bonuses or their own referral commission.

Can I choose a different currency

Unfortunately no. United States Dollars is the default currency for all our statistic on the site.

What is the minimum amount I have to reach to be paid

The minimum payout is $10. USD You must reach this amount in order to be paid. If you do not reach it, your earnings will roll over into the next week.

My currency is not listed when I enter my payment details, what should I select

Just enter USD as your main currency, because the funds get converted into your local currency automatically when it hits your bank.

I am under the minimum payout of $10 USD, can you send me my money anyway

Unfortunately no. Everyone must abide by the same rules and we don't make exceptions to anyone else, otherwise this would be unfair.

Q:
Why did my earnings all of a sudden disappear

The day may have switched over while you were refreshing the page, so your earnings for "Today" may now be moved to "Yesterday".

How do I refer my friends

Go to the Referral Earnings page, which can be accessed in the left side menu in the Dashboard, or if you hover over the Earnings tab (on desktop). In there you will see "Referral Link", just copy and paste this link to your friends!

I completed an offer but my account was never credited, what do I do

Offers may take up to 48 hours for the credits to appear in your TimeBucks account. Most offers are not validated by TimeBucks directly, they are validated by third parties that we work with so the approval process is completely out of our control.

Please keep in mind that TimeBucks may not recognize the offer if: (1) You do not qualify for the offer because it was previously completed (this includes the same offer provided by another company) (2) The email used to complete the offer does not match the email connected to your TimeBucks account.

How do I get started

To get started, all you need to do is got to the Earn tab, and from there you can choose which kind of task you would like to perform such as Watching Videos, Taking Surveys, Installing Apps, etc. You should also fill out your profile and payment information in the Settings tab. Payments are sent weekly, every Thursday with a minimum payout of $10. This means you must reach at least $10 to be paid out.

Why did the rates for slideshows drop

Unfortunately our Advertising partners drop their rates sometimes and therefore we are forced to either reduce our rates or remove this feature entirely. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Q:
I installed an app on my mobile but it didn't credit, why not

Please go back into the Install Apps tab, and let us know does that same app still appear in the list or has it disappeared? If it’s still there, please click on the green Install button but don’t download the app again, just click the link once because that will allow us to track which advertiser it was from. Then send an email to support once you have done this, along with a screenshot of the app downloaded on your phone.

What will my photos be used for in the Daily Take Photo and Grow a Beard tasks

Once we have accumulated a lot of photos from you, we will make a long compilation video of the first photo to the last to show how your face changes over time. We are willing to pay a lot for this up front so that we can hopefully make the video go viral later on through our marketing channels!

I’ve just started with Timebucks. What do I do now? How do I start

Firstly, welcome to Timebucks!! The first thing you should do once you’re signed in is to click on the ‘Earn’ tab - that’s where all the tasks can be found, so take a look at all the different options and then pick something to complete! We highly suggest checking out the ‘Once off’ tab in particular as there are some great higher paid offers to check out!

I want to get paid to watch videos and do surveys! Why are there no videos or surveys available for me to watch/complete right now

Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. Our advertising partners determine which countries they wish to make their surveys or videos available to - often due to certain products or services not being available/relative to certain countries. However, be assured that new surveys and video offers are made available all the time, so keep checking back each day to see if something new has been added!

Where can I download the Timebucks app

We do have an app in development, however, it’s still several months away from being released at this stage.

Q:
For the Register Domain task, it's coming up with invalid nameservers when I enter them but they look correct

Please check that there are no spaces at the end of the nameservers, click at the end to make sure as it could be hard to see. Remove that space then resubmit and it should work.

How do I appear on the Ladder

The Ladder is displaying the top earners of all users using Timebucks on a given day. If you are one of the Top Earners of that day then you will automatically appear on the ladder and be eligible for bonuses.

Q:
I'm trying to sign up but it says you can only have one TimeBucks account at a time, what do I do?

Timebucks restricts users to one account per IP address. However if there is someone on the same network or connection as you that signed up to TimeBucks, you will receive this error. There is no withdraw button. We pay automatically every Thursday, if you have reached over $10 in earnings by end of Tuesday that week, New York time.

Go into the Super Rewards offerwall and click on the blue "Get Help" link, then next to the offer that did not credit click Help again and fill out the form. They will contact you directly about this.

I didn't receive the confirmation or verification email to verify my account

Try checking your Junk or Spam folder in your emails. If it still hasn't arrived after 10 minutes, email support.

I need to update my profile but it won't let me, what do I do

Send the new details to support and we will change it for you.

How do I earn money

Just go to the Earn tab and click on the tab you want to do. You can do surveys, Videos, Clicks and more. Open each tab and read the instructions. The highest paying tasks are surveys, try each tab to see if you qualify for any surveys.

Q:
What do I do if one of the usernames to follow in the Instagram task is Private or unavailable, as it won't let me verify

If one of the usernames presented to you is "Private", you need to click the green link that says "I can't follow this user" then choose the first option and it will load a new username for you to follow.

Q:
I did a quiz offer and it did not credit

If you do an offer through one of the offerwalls and it does not credit, each offerwall has their own dedicated support tab. Each one is located in a different position, but if you have a look you will see either a Support, History, Missing Cents, or a question mark button. If you click on that, it will show you your recent offer attempts, then you can click on the one that did not credit and fill in the form which usually allows you to upload screenshots and additional information.

We still get a lot of people emailing us about offers from offerwalls not crediting, for which we have to forward it directly to the offerwall support. This requires a lot more time. It is much quicker and easier if you just use the dedicated support buttons in each offerwall.

Q:
MoreTVTime is saying I'm using a proxy or VPN but I am not, what do I do

Some users have reported that they are getting an error message when viewing MoreTVTime offers that they are using a VPN.

Although this may be a false positive, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about this since the owners of MoreTVTime are using a very strict VPN/proxy detecting service which may detect some real IP's as bots even if they are not. If they removed this feature, their advertisers would also pickup some traffic as bot traffic, and they would risk losing that entire ad network altogether.

This unfortunately sucks for those who get this error. It's nothing to do with TimeBucks, but 100% on their end, and they have communicated with us that this is a necessary precaution they need to take to ensure the longevity of this task.

Q:
Where did the Mining tab go

We removed it because it wasn't performing well.

Q:
I'm trying to change my payment method but it's asking for a password, and I signed up with Facebook so I don't have a password

Go to Settings > Change Password, then click the link at the top right to reset your password. Then try changing your payment method with your new password.

Q:
TapResearch isn't paying me $0.01 for disqualifications anymore

TapResearch will remove the 1 cent disqualification after a while if there are too many disqualifications and not many full completions.

Q:
I did a survey on Your-Surveys and have not received my credit yet

It can take up to 30 days to receive credit from Your-Surveys in some countries. If you have not been credited within 30 days, please contact support.

Q:
Why is the unfollow limit in the Instagram task so small compared to the Follow limit

This is not a limit we chose, this is Instagram's limit. If you try to unfollow more people than this, they block the action for you. So even if we wanted to make it higher, we can’t.

Q:
My Follows are not verifying in the Instagram tab

Go through each user again, and check that none of them are Private or show "Sorry, this page isn't available."

If so, you need to click "I can't follow this user" link under the username in the Follow tab, then choose the correct option to generate a new username for you to follow.

Q:
Why do I have to unfollow people now in the Instagram tab

Instagram has a limit of how many people you can follow at 7500 people. This means, you can't follow any more people once you reach this limit. In order to stop this, once you reach 2000 follows, we make you unfollow 1000 people so that your follows goes back down to 1000. Then you will unlock the Follow tab again. In our tests, this is the safest and most effective way to grow your account. DO NOT follow people while the unfollow tab is locked! This will mess up our count and it will break the verification button for you.

My country is Wales and it is not in the list of states for the United Kingdom, what do I do

Select Wales from the Country list instead as it is listed as it's own country on our website.

I did a JungleSurvey survey and I didn't get credited

Why don't I get any surveys available? Why are there never any surveys

It all depends on your profile, not just the country you live in. Some survey providers target specific people such as females, aged 45, single, with 3 kids and with pets (as an example). This is why some people get lots of survey while others don't get many. Usually the older you are, the more surveys you will get.

Q:
How do I delete my account permanently

To delete your account, send a support ticket via the support tab requesting this. Please note that all your data including all earnings will be deleted forever and cannot be recovered!

Alternatively, if you wish to just deactivate your account, so you don't appear on the site and don't receive any emails from us, but you can still come back at a later date and reactivate, go to Settings and click the link at the bottom of the page to Deactivate.

Q:
Why is my bonus or referral commission showing a negative amount

If you have recently received a payment, it may be showing a negative amount because we overpaid you. We can't send payments in 3 decimals, it gets rounded to 2 decimals.

For example if you are owed $0.008 in referral commission, when we pay you it gets rounded up to $0.01 so we overpaid you by $0.002, then it will show negative $0.002 in your account.

Instagram won't let me follow it says Action Blocked, what do I do

If this message comes up, try performing follows via the Instagram Mobile app instead of desktop. If that doesn't work, try performing a follow every 24 hours until the action block is removed. Once it is removed and you can follow again, try spreading out your follows slower instead of doing them closer together.

I got "your activity is looking suspicious" message in MoreTVTime/JungleSurvey

Press the Report A Bug button on their website to get a response from them directly as to why this is coming up. We have no control over this service so we can't answer this question.

I have 300 Followers by TimeBucks is saying I have 280 followers on my Instagram page, why

Your Followers count only gets updated every time you Verify your Follows or Unfollows.

Q:
Why is there a timer between follows in the Instagram tab

The timer is there to protect your account from getting Action Blocked by Instagram. If you follow people too quickly, Instagram will block these actions on your account and you won't be able to earn anything then. So it is critical that we place these timers between each follow.

I can not work on the tab Jungle Survey. At first, the money was not credited and wrote that it was suspicious activity. Then I could not log into my account at all. Now it says my IP is blocked.

On RevenueWall I get a message saying "Account under Review Due to your quality score falling below 1, we require you to communicate with the support team to rectify the situation. To get in touch, please use the form on our Contact Us page.

On the RevenueWall offerwall in the Surveys tab, scroll to the bottom and click the Contact Us link, and fill out the form and send them a message with your TimeBucks userID. They will get back to you directly.

There are no surveys available. Why do I never get any surveys available

Surveys all depend on how much demand there is from advertisers. Generally speaking, the bigger the market is, and stronger the economy, there is more demand for market research in that country. Surveys are not distributed evenly to each country, rather if people in that country spend a lot of money for example at McDonalds, then McDonalds will spend a lot of money to conduct surveys to those people to find out which products they like best, so that they know what to add to their menu next. Not only that, each person's profile is different. A survey advertiser might be looking for answers from a female, 43 years old, with 2 children, a dog, who is self employed, that has an iPhone (for example). So this is why some people get a lot of surveys and some don't.

Q:
My Instagram post is not verifying

If you changed your username, your post will not verify. You need to contact support update your username. Otherwise, go to your Instagram profile and make sure it still exists.

Q:
My surveys are in the wrong language. I am in this country for work but I don't understand the language so how do I change the survey language

Unfortunately there is no way of changing the survey language because when the survey advertisers create the survey to begin with, they write them in the language of the country they advertise them in. They don't expect people outside of that country to perform those surveys so they don't write them in multiple languages. The only thing you can try is using Chrome browser, then download the Google Translate extension and set it to translate to the language you won't. This may not be accurate for some languages like Chinese and Arabic, but you can try.

Q:
Today is pay day and I haven't received my payment yet

We pay every Thursday, but not exactly when the day flips over. Payments are processed manually by a human, and can be done at anytime on Thursday. So if Thursday is not over yet, you will need to keep waiting. You must also make sure you were over $10 at the cut off date.

How do I see a list of all my individual task earnings

Q:
When I post my link on Facebook or Instagram, I get a messsage that my post is against their community standards on spam. Why

Our domain is blocked by Facebook because users have spammed the link in groups and comments, so Facebook has blocked it. The only way to get your facebook friends to join is to email your referral link to them, or SMS or Whatsapp it to them. Or you can sign up to https://linktr.ee/ and place your referral link in there, then just send friends your linktree link and it should not get blocked.

Q:
I am doing the Sponsors task, and after scrolling to the bottom of the page there are no thumbnails showing it's just a blank page

This unfortunately means there are no offers available for you at this time. Even though we said there was a Sponsor task available, unfortunately we have no way of knowing if ads will show on the other side even though they show up 95% of the time. You should try again the next day to see if they re-appear.

How do I do the Smart Link task?

The Smart Link is designed to send website traffic to. If you have a free source of traffic you can direct people to this link and you will earn money if there are any conversions.

Hideout.tv only pays you when an advertisement shows before each video, not just for watching the video itself. When the advertisement shows your credits will go up. This means you were disqualified from the survey or screened out which can happen in the middle of a survey.

I am no longer getting disqualification points from Tap Research. Typically it is one cent per disqualification but not anymore?

If you get more disqualifications than successful surveys, they will stop paying for disqualifications. Once you get enough successful completions they will continue paying for disqualifications again. Basically they were losing money on you and therefore stopped paying it.

Why don't I get any TikTok campaigns?

Campaigns are subject to advertiser availability. There are times where there are no campaigns available at all. It's nothing wrong with your account, just us needing more advertisers. Your account is not broken.

I haven't received my TransferWise payment yet

If you are from India or China, wait 5 business days. If the funds still haven't landed in your account, contact support.

If you are from any other country, when we send TransferWise payments, you will get an email from TransferWise with a link to enter your banking details. Once you submit the form, it can take up to 5 business days (usually much sooner) to receive your funds.

Why does my TikTok account have a high following and make so little money

The rate you see in the Post tab is also subject to the budget remaining in the advertisers campaign, along with the funds remaining in their account. If you deserve a rate of $10, but there is only $1 left in the campaign budget, we will still show the rate as $1 and still give you the opportunity to post.

Can I do the Engage task on mobile?

No, currently it's only available for Chrome browser on desktop.

There is no more premium anymore. Our team categorises each page based on a number of factors such as Real Person, Repost account, Character account, etc.

Why can't I choose the category of my TikTok account

Our team chooses the category that we see best fits your page. If you really feel it doesn't belong in that category, please contact our support. However DO NOT contact our support simply if you wish to change just to access different types of campaigns.

There may not be enough campaigns available for your country. We would suggest trying every single tab until you can find one that provides a lot of tasks.

Why can't you send my money with PayPal

TimeBucks has worked with PayPal for many years, until one day they decided to tell us that we can no longer work with them, due to the way our business model works. Since we have a pay to click feature on our website, this puts us into a certain category of websites which PayPal does not like. Even though we are a completely safe website, and we're trusted by many other payment providers, we can no longer use PayPal at this time. But we provide 6 other payment methods which are just as good and our millions of users have no problem with.

In the support tab, in the very first menu choose the option "I need to edit my profile"

I can't remember my password

Go to Settings > Password, then click the reset link in the first sentence at the top of the page. A reset link will be sent to your email. Check junk and spam folder too.

Why don't you add Payoneer

Payoneer does not allow our business model. We already have TransferWise which also does bank transfers.

Why are there no surveys available for me

Surveys are subject to advertiser demand, and each person gets different surveys due to everyone having a different profile. Not everyone gets the same survey, as advertisers target very specific people. For example they might only want females, who are pregnant, who have 2 kids, who have a pet, who are self employed.

My earnings are low why can't you send me more surveys

You are already getting the maximum amount of surveys possible. It depends on your profile, we don't manually assign surveys to people. They are not evenly allocated, each person gets different surveys.

If you have earned less than $100 and do an offer that is $3 or more, we hold payments for 30 days in case of chargebacks.
